Stuffed peppers

Boil 1 C water.

Add: ½ C brown rice

Cover and allow to steam over low heat 45 minutes.

Add: 1 Tomato peeled and chopped

½ Onion, chopped

2 Cloves of garlic

Celery

Marjoram

Sage

Wash and hallow peppers, fill with rice mixture , place in covered casserole. Bake in low oven 1 hour.
